In this episode, Taylor talks about the process of worrying about being worried. When we are aware of spiritual concepts and understand the law of attraction, we’re much more mindful of what we’re speaking into existence and because we’re self-aware we’re also more self-critical when we have negative thoughts.
• Judging yourself for having negative thoughts and spiraling into fear of manifesting these things you’re worried about
• The thoughts you think aren’t what’s going to manifest it into reality, it’s your vibration
• If your vibration is always aligned with the energy of fear, that’s what's going to manifest. If your vibration is aligned with acceptance and abundance, that’s what's going to manifest into your reality.
• When you’re worried about worrying, that’s what keeps you in the low vibration of fear
• Observe your thoughts from a place of neutrality, that’s when we’re in a place of power
• It’s not your thoughts that are the issue, it’s the feeling you have about your thoughts that’s the issue. The feeling about a thought creates a vibration
• Thinking to yourself “I shouldn’t be feeling or thinking this way” is judgment and fear-based thinking. To neutralize this, say to yourself “I forgive myself for judging myself for worrying”… this shifts you into acceptance
