My question might look silly but , how do you find the landlord in general?
I know the other guy used Gumtree but I still wonder what's the 'go to first' approach?
Is there one?
I did look at Gumtree, contacted a few there. 
I just wondered is there another way?
I've been to a few estate agents and all they've said is 'no we do not do HMO'.
I need to talk to the landlords.
How do I get them?"
