The biggest problem I see with my clients when they come to me first is they can not pin point what is causing them to be so unhealthy! The reason for this is they do not keep track of habits be it healthy or unhealthy habits. Having base line healthy habits are the foundation to success in all aspects of your life. If you are taking in unhealthy energy throughout the day in the form of food, thoughts and your environment, you give out unhealthy energy which will of course in return causes a lot of problems within your life in the form of poor performance, unhealthy relationships etc. This is why we need to collect data so we know what habits need urgent attention.
Do you know how much water you drink, how many daily steps you do, how much protein you eat, how much refined carbs you eat, how much you sleep, what is causing you the most daily stress?
