Mindfully tend your garden, nurturing expectations to produce positivity
Gardening is more than about planting your favorite vegetables and fruits. It is easy to go into the backyard, till the soil, plant a few seeds, and harvest the produce. I suggest that the process of gardening can be applied to embedding unique positive impressions in our time now.
Each day is full of opportunities to plant seeds of positivity and reap the harvest of the experience. We may not have benefited from starting with the best quality experiences to build positive reflections.
Maybe due to past experiences, we have accumulated mental or physical weeds. Our inner soul has been dried from droughts of kindness and compassion. I suggest nurturing the inner calmness deep within your inner being.
Cherish the awareness of one good part of your day. Build on that awareness and see the beauty of your inner garden in your mind’s eye. Give yourself a smile and accept your beauty as unique. Enjoy your gardening. Enjoy your practice.
