From Drug Addict to Millionaire: How Investor Brian Davila Turned 8 Properties Into 300k Per Year in Cashflow
This week we had the pleasure of interviewing seasoned real estate investor Brian Davila. Brian has an incredible story of going from high school dropout and drug addict to self-made millionaire by age 31. He currently runs a seven-figure house flipping business by day and invests in short term rental properties by night. Brian reinvests his earned income from all of his flips into short term rental properties that pay him a substantial amount of passive income per month. So much so that his portfolio of eight short term rentals generates him over $300,000 per year in cashflow. The best part is that this business is completely automated as he has hired a property management company to run the ship for him. If you are looking for some inspiration on how you can make a serious change in your life for the better, this is the episode for you!
