Ukraine says there’s video evidence that Russia is intentionally killing civilians. Video appears to show an ambulance being hit by shelling in the parking lot of a Ukrainian hospital. There's also footage from a suburb of Kyiv, where entire apartment blocks were destroyed, and hundreds are feared dead. The U.S. and its allies are announcing new sanctions against Russia. Oklahoma's state legislature has approved a bill to make abortion a felony in that state. The new CEO of Hertz says he will fix the problem of customers being falsely arrested after the cars they legitimately rented were reported as stolen.
