Severe storms are threatening millions of Americans, after battering parts of the south. At least two people were killed amid the tornadoes, hail and strong winds in multiple states. Ukraine says there’s video evidence that Russia is intentionally killing civilians. Video appears to show an ambulance being hit by shelling in the parking lot of a Ukrainian hospital. There's also footage from a suburb of Kyiv, where entire apartment blocks were destroyed, and hundreds are feared dead. The U.S. and its allies are announcing new sanctions against Russia. Oklahoma's state legislature has approved a bill to make abortion a felony in that state. The new CEO of Hertz says he will fix the problem of customers being falsely arrested after the cars they legitimately rented were reported as stolen. We spoke to several Hertz customers who were wrongfully accused.
