In this episode of The MindBodyHealth Podcast I speak to you about how to stop fear being the main driver of your life. Far too many people live lives that ultimately end consumed with regret. This is sad. Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real. You must stop letting it lead your life. Fear is what stops most people from making decisions and taking actions that most likely would improve their lives and realise their goals. Unfortunately most choose to stay where they are familiar and feel safe and is their comfort zone. This is such a huge mistake. You can be, do and experience anything you want in life so why not just go for it? What is the worst that can happen? If you are unhappy or unfulfilled what logic is there to stay there? Is it really worth staying in comfort zone versus taking the perceived "risk" of stepping forward? The irony is that the real "risk" is in staying where you are because it guarantees a mediocre, unfulfilling, regret filled and unhappy existence. Where is the sense in this? Feel the fear and do it anyway. I hope what I share in this episode helps alter your thinking around fear and stimulates you to step forward more often. You live once. Live fully!!
