In life, it can be easy to think about what already happened (our past) and what is yet to happen (our future). Somewhere in between lies the opportunity to pause and take a break. Taking a break does not make you weird, lazy, unproductive or anything else you might hear from others or tell yourself. Taking a pause in life is a form of self-love. Let's remember the pause.
