Today’s breath is: Conductor breath
Which: Releases tension, Energizes, and Lifts your mood
Here’s how to do it: Stand up if you can or do this seated. Inhale slowly thorough your nose with your Hands up, now Exhale hands slowly through your mouth as you bend down
Let’s do this three times.
Inhale with your arms up in the air, exhale through your mouth Bending forward and dropping your arms
Inhale with your arms up in the air, exhale through your mouth Bending forward and dropping your arms
Inhale with your arms up in the air, exhale through your mouth Bending forward and dropping your arms
Now continue this breath while I give you your Morning Nudge!
Today’s nudge is: Get out of my own way
Sometimes you are your worst enemies. You are the ones getting in your own way. You put yourselves down. You put negative thoughts into your head. You give up and stop trying. Despite all of the people rooting for you, guiding you and believing in you, you continue to beat yourseld down. Stop! You need to stop denying yourself the opportunities and experiences that you could have if you would just get out of your own way. You deserve a good life. You deserve to be happy. You deserve a quality life. But You keep making excuses and poor choices that are getting into your way of success. Get out of your own way!!
