Today’s breath is: Stop & smell flowers
Which: Calms your mind and body, Expands your lungs.
Here’s how to do it: Inhale with your nose smelling an imaginary flower or a real one if you have it and then Exhale w “ahhhhhh”
Let’s try this three times:
Inhale by smelling your imaginary flower with your nose and then exhale “ahhhh”
Again: Inhale by smelling your imaginary flower with your nose and then exhale “ahhhh”
Last one: Inhale by smelling your imaginary flower with your nose and then exhale “ahhhh”
Today’s nudge is: do what your heart desires
You do you. You do what makes you happy, what completes you and helps you get through your days! It is your life. You shouldn’t do what everyone else is doing especially if it is not good for you. You should be doing what completes you. Do what your heart desires but do not ignore your instincts and intellect. Sometimes you need to make decisions by thinking thoroughly. Do little and interesting things which bring a smile to your face. Do the things that really make you happy and give you a sense of pleasure. Do what your heart desires.
