Today’s breath is: Flying bird Breath
Which: Calms & centers and Encourages poise & grace
Here’s how to do it: Close your eyes, Image u r a bird w/ big wings. Inhale lifting your arms and clasp your hands over your head, Exhale while bringing your hands down to your side
Do it three times. Inhale your arms up, clasp your hands over your head. Now Exhale, bringing your hands to your side.
Two more times: Inhale your arms up, clasp your hands over your head. Now Exhale, bringing your hands to your side.
Last one: Inhale your arms up, clasp your hands over your head. Now Exhale, bringing your hands to your side.
Today’s nudge is: Impossible is just an opinion
Most things are possible if you put your mind to it, work hard at it and believe. If you think moving up professionally, getting onto a sports team, getting through college or having that special relationship with someone is impossible, then all of your actions will make it not possible.If you think that math work is impossible, then your behaviors will align to that and you will continue to struggle. But if you just realize that if you just try harder you can get the concepts, then you will actually do so much better. But if you believe and visualize it happening, your actions will align with your thoughts and the impossible may become quite possible. Remember Impossible actually spells out “I’m possible”. Impossible is just an opinion!
