Happy Social Saturday, Today’s breath is the Bunny breath which Refreshes/energizes and Clears the mind. You can sit or lie down with this, though you may feel more energized sitting. Inhale 3-5 quick sniffs, and exhale with your mouth. Let’s do it again! Inhale 3-5 quick sniffs, and exhale with your mouth. 3 more times.
Today’s nudge is: hug it out
When all else fails, hug it out. Maybe physically, maybe just figuratively. Come to peace with your enemy. Make amends. Take the first steps to reconcile even if you weren’t the one who started it. Even if that person was more wrong or difficult than you were. Make peace. You will feel better and so will the other person. It just doesn’t feel good when you have enemies, so reach out to someone who you aren’t on good terms with and hug it out!!!
