10 April 2022 - Palm Sunday - At Bethphage and Bethany on the Mount of Olives, the people rejoiced and praise God when they saw Jesus because of the miracles they had seen. “Blessed is the King!” But as He continued down the mountain and approached Jerusalem, Jesus wept over the city, knowing that destruction was coming. "If only you knew what makes for peace.” What happened to Jerusalem should alarm us. We would be foolish, says Rev. David Pileggi, to not recognize God’s visitation in our day - and respond appropriately. Do we love and weep over our cities like Jesus? Do we care enough to pray for renewal and restoration?
Readings: Readings: Psalm 118, Psalm 122, Luke 19:28-40
