President Zelenskyy tells "60 Minutes" his country's fate depends on the West, as Russia prepares another offensive. Russia is stepping up its shelling of the eastern part of country. Many of the civilians who live there are trying to flee. The death toll from a Russian attack on a train station filled with people trying to flee, has now risen to at least 57. And a U.S. official says there's a new general in charge of Russian troops, who has a brutal reputation. President Biden plans to announce new action today to fight gun crime in America. The president will also nominate former U.S. attorney Steve Dettelbach to lead the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. New cases of the coronavirus are ticking back up in the U.S, with the Omicron sub-variant BA.2 now the dominant strain. For the fourth week in a row, parts of the Plains and the South are under a severe weather threat.
