Police in Maryland have arrested an oral surgeon and charged him with second-degree murder in connection with the death of his 25-year-old girlfriend. Police say Dr. James Ryan used his access to sedation drugs, like ketamine and Propofol, to give his girlfriend enough to overdose and die. WUSA9 Reporter Casey Nolen tells us about the case.
