We have all done this that we regret, however we do not have to live with regret for the rest of our lives. In fact, why be regretful at all. How about if we can just start looking at our "regrets' as a learning moment. What did you learn from the thing you "regretted?" Own it, learn from it, write out what you would like to differently, become entranced in today, and make a plan as to what you will do differently the next time the situation arises. Take the action needed not to repeat the same actions as before. We will discuss all of this in this episode of Healing Courageously.
