Neste episódio explico o que é motivação, de onde ela vem e discuto várias estratégias que podemos/precisamos adotar para aumenta-la, inclusive para aquelas tarefas "chatas"! Falo sobre a Dopamina e o verdadeiro papel dela na nossa motivação diária (ela NÃO gera prazer!). Discuto sobre fatores importante que afetam (muito) nossa motivação, como sono e estresse, e explico como podemos usar a imaginação para nos automotivar, qual é o verdadeiro papel da disciplina para gerar motivação e nos manter motivados, o potencial do banho gelado, assim como os suplementos que podemos tomar para aumentar a motivação, entre várias outras estratégias.
