209. Staying Consistent with Self-Care and Releasing Shame {Live Coaching w/ Jennie}
We’re trying something new on the podcast where I’m sharing live coaching sessions so that you can really experience the magic of coaching. Today, I’m joined by Jennie and she’s looking for support around staying consistent with self-care practices, and the shame and judgment come up when she’s not engaging in the things that she knows make her feel good.
We start by looking at it through the lens of masculine and feminine, how it’s feeling physically in her body, and eventually bring some breathwork in to move the energy around. Shame and judgment are some of the densest and lowest frequency emotions, so we work on getting to a lighter place of calmness and acceptance.
According to Human Design, Jennie is a Projector who thrives when she’s truly rested. I offer suggestions for how she can work on embracing her energetic blueprint and let go of the unrealistic expectations and massive pressure that she’s putting on herself. Jennie agrees to choose one or two practices that really speak to her soul, and let that be enough for now.
