Lucy Dodd, a farmer from Bordertown, South Australia joins us this week on The Meat Up to take us through what it is like to be a poultry farmer. Chicken is normally a massed produced meat that is a staple in household diets becasue of the price, Lucy explains to us the differences you would find in her pasture raised chickens. The farm Lucy works and lives on have been in he family since the 1920's and even though she had work in other professions Lucy always gravitated back to the family farm.
