Howard Moss’ father founded Astonish around 50 years ago and despite never planning to join Astonish, Howard found himself working for the company and eventually, scaling the company to new heights and buying his parents out of the ownership. We find out about the challenges of working with family, the role of social media and influencers in building the brand and whether he’d encourage his own children to take over the reins one day.
