Ep.56 Are You Having Trouble Digesting Food? | A Closer Look into the Microbiome
Today Dr. Duncan McCollum shares his knowledge about our gut microbiome and how it is directly related to the microbiome of the soil where we grow our food. If the soil is depleted of nutrients and beneficial bacteria, then our food will be as well.
When we eat toxic food devoid of nutrients, such as conventionally grown food, then we ourselves become depleted of vital nutrients that our bodies need to function at their best. It would be more accurate to label “conventionally” produced food as poisonous or toxically produced, since this is truly what they have become after loads of toxic chemicals are liberally sprayed onto and absorbed into them.
When we look upstream to the source of what’s causing someone to have indigestion, the very foods they choose to eat play a direct role in their body’s ability to digest them.
