It's a great question, and the answer might seem obvious. But it's not so straight forward, because our response to questions about our mental health, including our response to humour, is as unique to us as our experience of mental illness itself.
But using my own experience as a guide, I've got 5 tips to talk about mental health, including when humour may be ok.
