Looking back on when things have gone wrong can be painful, embarrassing or any other uncomfortable emotion. As a result, it’s often easier not to and instead focus on what’s next.
In this episode of Fail Forward, I reflect on how it felt to listen back to episode 1 when I was interviewed by Amy Rowlinson and consider the importance of taking time to reflect and learn throughout our lifetime.
You’ll frequently hear me say, “Failure isn’t a negative if you learn from it” - something I passionately believe.
To live the life you want to live, you need to push boundaries, develop and evolve. And that means learning from everything you do - good, bad and indifferent.
Perfection is just a perception.
As Rob Moore says, “Every master was once a disaster”. In striving for perfection and beating ourselves up when we don’t achieve it.
By drawing from my own real-life experiences, courses I’ve attended, and books I’ve read, my aim, through Fail Forward, is to give you hope and inspire you to stop fearing failure.
