842 - How to improve your critical thinking with Puzzles and Riddles with A.J. Jacobs
Are you obsessed with puzzles and riddles? When is the last time, you picked up the paper, and start doing the crossword puzzle in them? When is the last time someone ask you a riddle, and you solved it in seconds!
In this episode, my good friend, A.J. Jacobs, an American journalist, author, and lecturer best known for writing about his lifestyle experiments came on to talk to me all about puzzles and riddlers and his new book, The Puzzler!
He expresses his love for puzzles and riddlers, and how solving puzzles also helps him with his critical thinking!
He also told me the stories on his journey of writing the book, including one of the crazies ones where he entered a puzzle competition along with 50 other people!
