For so many of us speaking publicly is one of our greatest fears. It is even reported 75% of people fear public speaking more than they fear death! I was certainly one of those people, and for many years hid in the shadows too afraid to step into the light and use my voice with authenticity and power. As a presenter and producer, who has worked in media for over a decade, I spent many years being handed scripts and briefs I could hide behind. It came to a point where I had to truly asses why I initially wanted to work in this industry and why I wanted to share my voice. Through self development and exploration, along with all of the techniques I have learned working in media, I was now armed with powerful ways in which I could teach others to find the strength and confidence to be able to speak publicly and share their unique ideas and experiences.
