Does "Fake It Till You Make It" Work To Improve Behavior?

"Fake it till you make it" has a bad connotation but it is actually one of the most productive ways to self-improve according to behavioral activation theory, which I explain in this episode! I examine the interplay between emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and give you examples about how to intervene at each level to lead to associated changes in the other two... and what to do when depression or other issues prevent this feedback loop from working as well as you wish it would.
