275: Becca Hintergardt on the 6 Steps to Living Internationally on Passive Income

My guest today is Becca Hintergardt. Becca is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area with lots of experience with multifamily deals as a co-syndicator and operator. In the middle of the COVID pandemic, she made some moves and eventually picked up her family and moved to the blue zone in Costa Rica to have some fun in the sun and live the Caribbean lifestyle.
