Episode 61 is here, and this week, Liam and Rob look back at Paul Verhoeven's 1997 satirical sci-fi masterpiece, Starship Troopers.
Largely misunderstood upon its original release, Starship Troopers has been rightly reappraised in recent years and celebrated for its potent and unique mix of traditional action movie tropes and cutting satire.
It was brilliant when I saw it in the cinema back in 1997, but its' even better and, rather depressingly, much more relevant in 2022.
