Episode 22:18 The Most Important Hour Of The Day
Ask someone to list some “habits” of healthy people and you’ll probably get the following answers:
1) They exercise regularly.
2) They eat right.
3) They take supplements (ideally “whole food” ones).
4) They drink a lot of water.
5) They get adequate amount of sun exposure.
6) They get 7-9 hours of sleep each day.
7) They manage stress well.
All, of course, ARE healthy habits!
However, there is ONE that is missing from the list.
A habit that is seldom talked about… yet most healthy people incorporate into their day.
That habit is:
Having a morning routine.
That is, most healthy people spend the first hour (or more) of their day engaging in some kind of routine.
A routine that “sets the tone” for their day.
On this episode we discuss WHY spending the first hour of your day in some type of healthy routine is extremely beneficial.
Specifically, we talk about the physical and emotional benefits of morning routines and how they can play a huge role in improving a person’s health… and behavior!
We also share our personal morning routines and the difference it makes in our lives.
As always, we suggest you give this episode a good listen and then share it with a friend.
Thanks!
