ATA 057 – How do I source rent to rent HMO properties and know what to say to landlords?

This weeks Ask The Angels question from Kulisha is about how to obtain properties and then how you approach landlords.

Here’s Kulisha's question...

"I’ve been following you both for a while in regards to rent to rent and property management. 

I just wanted to know whether you had a package or a system available online in regards to leases that you provide to landlords and also information on how we actually source these types of properties, obviously they’re going to be HMOs.

I know that you’ve mentioned the council, it’s just that when I’m actually approaching the landlords I don’t know if you’ve got a script or certain information or key things that need to be implemented.
 
 I just wanted to know if you either provided one on one scenarios where, obviously I’ll have to pay for that service, where you just provide that type of information.
 
 That would be great.
 So if you could get back to me and let me know, I’d really appreciate it."
