The United States Supreme Court has been a battleground for some time in America challenging rights found in the Constitution and creating rights where none can be found. With the technical use of clauses to assert some governmental authority while using other clauses to shrink from its constitutional duty, the court has been at the epicenter of the so-called counter-revolution before the ink was even dry on our founding documents. After 49 years Roe v Wade is at serious risk of being overturned. This week a draft of the majority opinion by Samuel Alito was leaked by somebody close to the court.
