I wanted to go into full detail about my eating and things I’ve changed but also tell you guys some things I’m noticing and they are scaring me a little being on this weight loss journey I don’t want anyone getting triggered because the conversations also shifts to eating disorders and dives deeper in to weight less so please don’t listen if your someone who is easily triggered or struggling my goal in making this is to share my story while also hoping others are able to relate and understand the toll that weight loss can have on you at times please stay safe and know your are beautiful and loved Just the way you are.
