#38: Six Components of a Fail-Proof Business Plan

In this episode Jon and Les pull back the curtain to share some details of their journey building out the EntrePastors platform.  

As they do this, they share the following six components of a fail-proof business plan that is helping them achieve success in their business:

1. Set your goals and have a plan.
2. Take action!
3. Get the right people around you.
4. Accept the fact that you are in sales!
5. Be willing to pivot.
6. Don’t quit too soon.

In the backstage portion of this episode Jon and Les share one more bonus tip that new entrepreneurs and business owners need to keep in mind.  It’s easy to get discouraged when people say “no” to our products or services.  But Jon and Les share why this isn’t really a bad thing at all and how you can stay encouraged through the ups and downs of your entrepreneurial journey.
