Are You Letting External Validation Run Your Business?

I compiled a quick list of mistakes I've made with my business... I hired people that I paid too much, worked with clients that I just wanted approval from so badly, I went into huge debt from poor financial choices. I let other people guide my decisions rather than just trusting myself. All of these boil down to one thing: These are all symptoms of needing to prove myself to others and find validation outside of myself. Don't make this same mistake!
