Because everlasting righteousness can’t be brought in until there is an end of sin. And until this fall of Babylon happens and Christ returns and defeats His enemies in Chapter 19’s Battle of Armageddon, sinful exploitation will still happen on earth.
In the Greek, “anymore” is actually the words OU MEI, two words that both mean “No, not.” It could be translated “No, not!”
