I also touch on how to ease your way into fasting by eliminating snacking, cutting off your eating time at night, and replacing the Standard American Diet with nutrient-dense whole foods. It's never too late to get into fasting so I wanted to share some of the ways I implement it into my life and my clients' lives, in the hope that you will be encouraged to do the same!
