In January, I weighed 207lbs which wasn't good for me, so I've been trying out different things to improve my health and shed a few of those pounds.
What I found that works for me is water fasting. I dropped from 207 to 190 and then to 183lbs in a relatively short period.
The funny thing with the body is that it knows what to do. It's like a fine piece of tech. If you don't feed it, it will get some of the stored fat for fuel besides getting rid of the unhealthy cells.
That's why fasting is a powerful tool for overall health besides weight loss.
But fasting SUCKS… you gotta want it to endure it. But at the end of it, it does feel GREAT. You prove to yourself you can do hard things.
