The Portland Trail Blazers dropped one spot in the 2022 NBA Draft Lottery to lan the 7th overall selection. It was a deflating night at the end of a disaster season. Yikes. So what do they do now? Should they keep the pick? If they do, targets could include Baylor's Jeremy Sochan or Arizona's Bennedict Mathurin. Should they attempt to trade back and drop in the draft while adding another player? Or should they just try to swap the pick for an impactful veteran?
