In this guided daily meditation practice we are exploring our future selves, and reflecting deeper on our vision for the future. We are using a visualization practice to connect with what we see for our future, and what that self might look, and feel like. As we tune into this vision for the future, we are learning more about what we hope to gain, and release moving forward.
