Architecture is a fantastic field that involves every aspect of our lives from our living spaces to our work fronts to our leisure and recreation areas.
Architecture impacts virtually all human beings in every thing we do.
However, there appears to be an inherent bias that prevents equity (or more equal representation) in ensuring the individuals (mainly women) that have the ability and skills are hired, promoted or otherwise involved with the “grass-roots” projects that are embedded in our communities.
