This is a walking meditation we will perform together. You may do this walking outside or indoors. You may want to remove your shoes if you feel safe to do so.
We will explore mindful breathing, movement and awareness as we move through space.
This is one of my favorite practices as it allows us to gain the benefits of healthy movement and breathing.
