And when we look at these things, we think, you know, what comes first the chicken or the egg? Is it that we were eating the things that weren't so optimal and helping our stress response in our body? Or was it that our stress became such a major part of what was happening every day, right? And cortisol is running through our system, and we're not able to regulate our central nervous system bring our bodies and our brains back to a relaxed state enough that we're not just in a fat storage mode constantly. We override feelings of hunger, we don't recognize when we're not hungry, we eat when we're around other people. It's like, what comes first, you know, the the things that we were eating, that aren't serving us, or are all these habits leading us to make choices that keep our body in a state of just constant turmoil and not being able to metabolically function at a higher performance. So our appetite changes. What does that mean?
