(#241) Breaking through the stigma of mental health in the spiritual community with Gabby Bernstein
Today, I have the one and only Gabby Bernstein joining me, no big deal! Gabby talks all about her recent journey uncovering deep trauma wounds and how that journey inspired her to help you manifest a happier, more joyful, more peaceful life through healing in her newest book, Happy Days. Gabby passionately dives into breaking the stigma of mental health and antidepressants. She also talks about how the stigma of antidepressants in the spiritual community almost took her life when she was just four months postpartum with her son. I believe that Gabby's journey and her stance on medication will bring you the relief and permission you may have been looking for. Gabby brings on another modality to help you heal and dive into the deeper trauma, Shadow Work, uncovering unconscious emotions and things that are currently holding you back from manifesting the peaceful, beautiful life that you're looking for. I know that there's a reason we came together to record this episode. Without further ado, let's dive into today's show.
