Built to Scale: Create the Systems and Support to Reach Millions

Everyyyybody wants to talk about the “sexy” parts of making millions (Including me!) Magnetism, Money Mindset, Energetics, Juicy Branding, Launching, Strategy, Pricing, Offer Suite etc etc etc ALL of it matters. All of it is important. All of it directly contributes to how we’ve scaled to multiple millions over the last several years. -AND- The biggest gap in the conversation I’m seeing at the 7/multiple 7-figure level is this: Support, Systems & Infrastructure.

For many of us as CEOs this conversation feels inherently more, TBH, boring. It definitely doesn’t turn me on to talk about workflows, project management, or team onboarding. AND YET, if there is anything I’ve learned from making every single backend mistake as I’ve scaled:

• from doing everything myself and not knowing how to delegate
• to getting super overwhelmed, hiring reactively only to resent my new team, waste $$$, and crash & burn
  doing everything on the fly with no repeatable processes, templates & systems
• using “I’m a creative/visionary! I just am this way” as an excuse to have a disorganized AF backend when all I needed was the RIGHT guidance to compliment my skillset, not change me (newsflash - I am still super non tech savvy, I never go into ClickUp, and rarely touch the backend of our business)

Here’s the truth: The MOST important investment you can make in your business if you desire to scale spaciously, with ease, and in a way that supports your clients well is through having a backend that’s built to scale.
