In October 2015, 18-year-old Ebby Steppach seemingly disappeared from Little Rock, Ark., after placing a strange phone call to her brother. Two and a half years later, her body would be discovered in a drainage pipe. The case has baffled the public and police ever since, but last month Ebby Steppach's family said investigators told the family they have been considering a new theory — one the family says doesn't make sense.
