Send us a text
Hi There
Remember to use your employment rights to protect your right to work in peace. You are entitled to do this, even when things have gone wrong at work.
This week, we are into the final part of our mini-series on suspensions, where we take a look at what you need to be aware of, when you are returned to work after a suspension.
This return to work period can be a bit tricky because you almost feel like you are under a microscope. So, we take you through six actions you can take, to reduce opportunities for problems to occur. If we can reduce back to work frictions, this will give you the time, to settle and work towards things getting back to normal.
Our take aways for this week are, that if you are returned to work after a suspension, you need to be alert to the next steps you may have to take irrespective of whether you are found innocent of allegations made against you or the allegations against you have been proven. The key is to know what is expected of you.
As usual, you that you can find all our support links at the bottom of these show notes where you’re listening to this podcast episode and remember to like… comment…subscribe and let others know about the podcast. We would really appreciate this.
Until next week
