Tampa Bay Lightning Strike New York Rangers To Take Stanley Cup East Finals Lead

The Tampa Bay Lightning beat the New York Rangers in Madison Square Garden to take a 3-2 series lead and potentially wrap the Stanley Cup East Finals up at the Amalie Arena. The Boston Celtics host the Golden State Warriors once again on Friday night to try to even up the NBA Finals before heading back to California. The North Carolina Tar Heels were must-see tv during the March Madness tournament, picking up more viewers than the NBA Finals. The Oklahoma Sooners beat the Texas Longhorns to become back to back softball world series champions. LeBron James wants to buy an NBA team and have the team in Las Vegas, even though NBA Commissioner Adam Silver has said there are no plans to have a Las Vegas NBA team. New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson is eligible for a contract extension and Vice President David Griffin wants to offer Zion a max contract. Gregg Williams, known for Bountygate and his odd goatee, is returning to coaching by joining the XFL. Colorado Avalanche star Nazem Kadri is healing up as quickly as possible to take on either the Tampa Bay Lightning or the New York Rangers in the Stanley Cup Finals.
