Honoring and identifying our emotions so we can give them a voice that can be received. There are SO many more emotions besides being angry or happy but is anger your go to emotion when you feel upset? I'm going to get super vulnerable in this episode and talk about this tough topic with you using my own experiences. By the end, you'll be able to find comfort in your ability to express your feelings by first taking the time to understand why you feel that way AND understand that your feelings aren't stupid. The only person who can invalidate your feelings is you by not giving them a voice. You don’t need someone else's permission or approval to feel the way that you feel. Having feelings makes you human. And It’s better to lose a relationship than to lose yourself denying how you feel.
