What would I do differently if I were to start all over again? Well, one thing is for certain, now that I know what I know I won’t make all the mistakes I made while trying to run my firm in its earlier days.

I’d make smarter decisions, work with the right kind of clients, and put more effort into the right things that actually move my firm forward.
