It has become a pillar that Tony relies upon and one that can be put into daily practice to help him become the best version of himself. On this dojo, Tony provides a broad overview of his understanding of eastern philosophy and how it pertains to his life, as someone with a disability and perhaps, how it could relevant to others who have a disability.
